Established in 2009, Tastefully Done Events is an event production company serving the New Jersey/New York area. Since inception, we have hosted a variety of events including bridal and vendor showcases, singles events, charity events, fashion shows, food/drink tastings and networking events. We have been growing and plan to add a multitude of organized events to our resume! TDE is a small business that is growing quick! It is owned/operated by a single individual, we have recently added one executive assistant and an operations manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in learning more about the event planning industry. Through TDE you have the opportunity to learn a plethora of skills especially in the fields of sales, journalism, marketing/advertising, accounting and graphic design. This particular opportunity is seeking an individual who can help grow our sales! We would like this individual to have a passion for Sales. This is a flexible part-time position on a 6 month term. HR Diversity Outreach Volunteer Intern

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Nature Conservancy is looking for a HR Diversity Outreach Volunteer Intern. This unique position is responsible for assisting with the Community Outreach Plans with an emphasis on diverse communities, organizations, colleges and universities and effectively communicating TNCs conservation message. This will involve identifying groups/organizations whose interests overlap with TNCs mission. The intern will support the Diversity Team and will use online and offline tools available to assist with an outreach program, produce marketing materials and help create strategies to promote an increased public awareness among targeted audiences. This position will be based in the Dover, Delaware office with option to telecommute. The positions requires 10 dedicated hours per week. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: ? Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Business ? Highly proficient Internet user ? Ability to convey ideas to a wide variety of people and interest groups. ? Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills ? Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and attention to detail ? Ability to organize time and manage activities and meet deadlines. COMMUNICATIONS/INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS: ? Good communication; ability to persuasively convey the mission of TNC to diverse groups. ? Work and communicate with a wide range of people- both internal and external including agencies, other NGOs and community groups. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT: ?
