GALLERY PROFILE The 39th Street Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in the Gateway Arts Center at Brentwood, MD (GAC@B). The 39th Street Gallery presents solo and group shows, as well as projects which allow artists to explore new ideas in a gallery setting where the public is invited to observe the creation of new work. In addition to exhibits, programming includes artist talks, lectures and other supportive programming. The Gateway Arts Center is located in the Gateway Arts District of Prince Georges County. In addition to the 39th Street Gallery, the GAC@B houses two galleries on the first floor, classroom space, and 13 artist studios.
