Sponsorship Student Employees will gain valuable industry knowledge, identify their talents and interests, develop their career paths, and plan for a successful future. Sponsorship Student Employees will be assigned to one of three Business Units: Paint and Final Assembly, Application Technology, or Environmental and Energy Systems. Sponsorship Student Employees will work for Dürr while attending school. In order to maximize learning potential, Sponsorship Student Employees will be assigned a mentor and placed on a rotational track for exposure to various departments such as engineering, manufacturing, project development, and/or research and development. Student Sponsorship Employees will receive pay for their hours worked, and they will receive significant financial assistance with tuition, books and fees (up to the annual limit established by Dürr).
