Software Engineer/Developer Internship (Paid)

We are currently looking for a current college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior who can code PHP/MySQL/Linux. You will be working closely with our CTO to develop new products for our search engine. Interns will be compensated weekly (based on previous experience) including a monthly Metro Card for travel expenses. Also, PeekYou as a team goes out to lunch every Friday...make sure you don't have any classes then! This position also has the opportunity to become Full-Time with salary and benefits at PeekYou as a Software Engineer/Developer and/or Lead Developer. This position reports to the CTO of PeekYou.com. Position Description
Software Intern PRE-PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (Summer Intern position duration May/June through Aug/Sept): Activities and duties will be to perform design and development of state-of-the art software systems for space-based applications. They will also include requirements and interface definition; software development (code, test, debug, & documentation); maintenance of software development libraries, test reports, and configuration management. Project assignments will try to take into account the Intern academic background, interests and other needs. The intern may join an existing program and work with senior employees who will provide guidance and assistance on a task or may work independently on a specific effort with staff support.
