TheCarePost.com is a new, rapidly growing online marketplace connecting Caregivers and Families Nationwide. We currently outsource most of our design and development work and are looking to start doing more in house. Our ideal intern would be majoring in web design and/or web programming. Main responsibilities would include working hand in hand with our Chief Operating Officer to develop new ideas for the site and implement them as well as ongoing text and design changes throughout the site. We would like someone with great communication skills as your responsibilities might also include constant communication with other companies we work with on a daily basis. The hours for this position can be very flexible depending on what you need to fulfill your internship. This internship is NOT a paid position, but could lead to a permanent part time or full time position with the company. Dress is casual as we work in a fun, laid back environment! We're just launching the blog is on website, viesso.com, and we want to turn it into a great resource for design and furniture enthusiasts. We would hope for anywhere from 3-5 posts per week, with most of the content being derived by looking on the web for good stories and info to share. You can work from wherever you like since you can add content to the blog remotely.
