Tag Team Studios is putting together a production crew for several upcoming projects. We are in need of the following positions (if there is a $ next to it there is a stipend but you MUST have experience) and all positions include copy, credit, and meals. *Production Coordinator - responsible for administrative tasks and paperwork, works closely with producer on budget and schedule. *First assistant director - ensures the film is on schedule while maintaining a working environment in which the director, actors, and crew can be focused, oversee day-to-day cast and crew scheduling, equipment, script, and set. *Script supervisor - keeps track of what parts of the script have been filmed and makes notes. MUST be detail oriented and good at taking notes/drawing *Production Designer - creates the physical, visual appearance of the film - settings, costumes, character makeup *Hair/Make-up - makes sure everyone is FLY *Cinematographer ($) - head of the camera and lighting crew *Grip ($) - head of lighting, works closely with director and DP on achieving shots *Assistant Camera - assists camera person including pulling focus, moving the camera, dropping footage, keeping records of memory cards *Sound Mixer ($) - responsible for recording all sound during filming *Editor - responsible for graphics and cutting/pasting the final film together *PAs - no experience needed *Wardrobe - including fashion designers. Casting Assistant

The program will be broken down into 10 weeks with required 3 days per week and 6 hours per day. The intern must be currently enrolled at a University or College part-time or full-time. This internship does not have to be for credit, but can be if the intern requests to do so. The program will focus on 3 primary aspects of the interns responsibilities: 1. Casting Assistant a. The intern will learn how print, commercial, film, and theatrical auditions are held. b. The intern will learn how to operate associated software to smoothly run a casting session. c. A minimum of 30 hours is required. 2. Office Assistant a. The intern will learn how the back office operates in a casting agency: i. Agency and Client relations ii. Scheduling of auditions iii. Marketing of a successful Casting Agency iv. Answering and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff members b. A minimum of 30 hours is required. 3. Talent Relations a. The intern will greet and check-in all talent arriving for their audition. b. The intern will prep the check-in station with size cards and sign-in sheets. c. Answering and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff members. d. A minimum of 30 hours is required. 4. Flexible a. The intern will choose the remaining 90 hours to focus on what they wish to be involved with in the industry. b. These hours will include the training days of the above 3 fields. c. These hours can be used to shadow any of the staff or get industry specific advice from the staff. d. These hours can be delegated from the staff if necessary.
