An Extended Personal Intensive / Internship Training consists of two months on the farm. Interns are primarily housed in dormitory-style accommodations, with an ocean view, free food (and we eat very well!), free hot showers, free internet, laundromat-style washer and dryer, and two 256 sq.ft. aquaponics systems (non-commercial) that you can play with to your hearts content. We give you EVERYTHING we know about aquaponics, aquaculture, tilapia breeding, system chemistry, plant biology, mechanical systems, alternative energy and off-grid aquaponics, biogas, business, and marketing, in both formal class time, and informally, in the course of our day-to-day work, on our farm. You participate alongside us in our day-to-day aquaponics activities from Monday through Friday. We also include you in trips to the beach and other excursions with our Farmily, if desired. You are welcome to join us in activities on our days off or explore on your own by taking the bus (free), or hitchhike (very safe and common here in Hawaii). Four of the Saturdays you are here, you will have the opportunity to receive a half-day of formal training, where we cover everything that we cover in a two-day Personal Intensive Training.

Aviation surveillance encompasses all forms of tracking where aircraft are while in flight and on the surface of airports. Techniques typically consist of a combination of primary and/or secondary radar, multilateration, and ADS-B (automatic dependent surveillance broadcast). Sensis specializes in the design and deployment of these solutions, the development of integrated surveillance systems, and the fusion of the information each creates. As a member of the Sensis Team, you will support the testing and integration of these systems while focusing on existing programs with customers located throughout the world.
