Intern will assist in our program management office.



This may include:



conducting research and analysis into multiple technology and/or business functional areas
  collecting rquirements and develop business processes
supporting database development/programming
supporting training development
supporting program status reporting and communications
participating in meetings with the Accenture client engagement team, Finance, Contract Management, Recruiting Human Resources
answering programmatic questions
assisting with activity planning
participating in problem solving sessions and team meetings
supporting business development proposals and client meetings



Through the program, the intern can expect to receive exposure to management consulting, systems integration and various technologies, program management, financials, issue/risk resolution process, project status reporting, staffing process, and business development.  This is an outstanding opportunity to get broad exposure to business life and professional services.



Operate independently as appropriate and work cooperatively as part of a team to accomplish the goals of the program and the team
Notify supervisors/escalates issues when problems or issues arise
Interact effectively with personnel to include project team members and users
Communicate status to the relevant team leaders in accordance with program procedures.
Report time into the time reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner consistent with 
project guidelines.
Suggest ways to improve upon assigned tasks for the betterment of the individual and the team



Basic Qualifications:



  • MS office skills

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree

  • Capable of obtaining a TS/SCI clearance


Entrustship Intern - Marketing

Youll do more than just learn at Affinity Plus, you will make a difference.  We look for candidates who are energetic, passionate, independent, imaginative, and daring, all the while aspiring to make banking meaningful by using emotions, not numbers.  Participants in the entrustship program will get the opportunity to organize projects in areas such as (but not limited to):

  • Financial Accounting
  • IT
  • Real Estate
  • Human Resources
  • Member Relations
  • Solutions
  • Investment Center
  • Marketing
  • Compliance
  • Branch projects

Some projects may include (but not limited to):

  • Creating an event for local branch to bring awareness of Affinity Plus to the surrounding community.
  • Analyze recruitment strategy and organize a recruitment event over the summer.

In addition to a great experience, high performing interns will receive glowing references and a letter of recommendation from a supervisor.

This Summer Entrustship program is located across Minnesota and is a full time, paid position.

Dates:  June 1st- August 17th
Location:  Across the organization
Hours: Will be pre-set based on member and team need.

  • Business, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, HR, or major in a related field. Finance experience is a plus.
  • Enrolled Junior/Senior or AS/ AAS/BS degree.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute events
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
