We are looking for a brilliant video artist to film our documentaries, Urban Youth Summits, community events with celebrities and go on location shoots with us to cover prestigious fun events. We will pay a stipend for tapes, shooting and editing.

The Missouri History Museum is accepting applications from students who are interested in an on-going un-paid internship with our Moving Image and Sound Collections.

Do you like documentary film? Interested in social change? Fascinated by the film industry? Looking to inspire your peers and make a difference? The REACT to FILM College Action Network aims to expose, engage, and inspire young people around critical social issues. Launched in the fall of 2011, the College Action Network started out at about 10 colleges. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, we currently have 27 chapters across the country, and are looking to expand to up to 50 chapters by the fall of 2012. College Action Network Chapter Leaders will be responsible for planning screening events featuring REACT to FILMs social issue based documentaries. In the 2011-2012 academic year, we screened Hell and Back Again, Miss Representation, The Last Mountain, Sing Your Song, The Tsunami and the Cherry Blossom, and Living for 32. Each event aims to draw a large crowd, and uses an important social issue based documentary as the means for getting students to be more engaged in the issues facing themselves and others worldwide. Screenings are followed by a guest speaker (often film director or producer) or a panel discussion. REACT to FILM frequently uses Livestream technology to connect multiple colleges in the network for interactive video Q&As. The Professional Level Skills Attained: ·Networking, outreach, and public relations ·Organizational strategies and tecniques ·Oral and written communication ·Event planning and logistics ·Social media, webinar, and live stream experience Applications for student chapter leaders will be reviewed on a rolling basis. PhenomzTv, a Global Phenomz owned company is seeking interns interested in learning the management and operations of entertainment television. Interns will have an opportunity to be behind the scenes and meet many celebrities and entertainers. They will first hand acquire the knowledge and skills of editing and the professionalism of being behind the camera.

Tag Team Studios is putting together a production crew for several upcoming projects. We are in need of the following positions (if there is a $ next to it there is a stipend but you MUST have experience) and all positions include copy, credit, and meals. *Production Coordinator - responsible for administrative tasks and paperwork, works closely with producer on budget and schedule. *First assistant director - ensures the film is on schedule while maintaining a working environment in which the director, actors, and crew can be focused, oversee day-to-day cast and crew scheduling, equipment, script, and set. *Script supervisor - keeps track of what parts of the script have been filmed and makes notes. MUST be detail oriented and good at taking notes/drawing *Production Designer - creates the physical, visual appearance of the film - settings, costumes, character makeup *Hair/Make-up - makes sure everyone is FLY *Cinematographer ($) - head of the camera and lighting crew *Grip ($) - head of lighting, works closely with director and DP on achieving shots *Assistant Camera - assists camera person including pulling focus, moving the camera, dropping footage, keeping records of memory cards *Sound Mixer ($) - responsible for recording all sound during filming *Editor - responsible for graphics and cutting/pasting the final film together *PAs - no experience needed *Wardrobe - including fashion designers.
