Description of Position: We are currently looking for candidates for the 2013 Cannes Film Festival Internship Program.  All students that wish to be considered must combine the internship with either the Winter/Spring 2013 or Summer 2013 internship programs in order to qualify for school credit. Internships are unpaid, but students get invaluable experience in the entertainment business. Students that require credit for internships must apply for credit and get application information prior to applying.  There is a fee for attending Cannes.    Cannes Film Festival:   Dates: The tentative film festival dates are currently May 13th-23th. Multimedia Interns will work closely with members of our marketing team in producing content for the films web site, blog and social media channels. Content will include, but not be limited to, assets in the form of graphic, banner, animation, audio, video ready for publishing on the web. The ideal candidate for this position must have knowledge of graphic design, web design, audio and video production, will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suites and Final Cut Pro is a must. You must own your own hardware and software. Interns must be willing to work a minimum of ten hours per week and must be able to work remotely.
