You will carry out research on news stories, real life features, pictures and TV documentaries. You will also conduct interviews, write copy, and assist our journalists and TV producers. This is an exciting and varied role which will also involve working on video and photo shoots where required. Any knowledge of video editing would also be an advantage. Looking for someone in school for, or background in PR/Marketing, will train. Needed for growing non-profit and large film festival taking place in late April 2011. You will be the main point of contact for all PR/Marketing and will learn grassroots with Social media, creating community relationships and sponsorships. Must be outgoing and personable. UCP/CLASS desires to obtain a Specialized Media Intern to enhance multimedia content throughout the agency. Projects are being developed and a motivated intern would have more than just the experience of recording and editing video but with the entire process of creating a video project vision and scope. There are always projects that need additional media content for inclusion into various video productions or other types of presentations. The amount of time necessary for the internship is determined by specific projects and desires of the intern.
