The intern will work with Senior Management at our corporate office in Williamsville, New York. The intern will gather and analyze information to identify hotels and/or Assisted Living Facilities for purchase consideration and other market research projects. Analyze and summarize reports to identify viable and potentially profitable sites for future expansion in identified markets. Build relationships with key contacts for assistance in identifying these properties. Upon analysis, intern will make recommendations based upon their findings and assist in obtaining more detailed information on these targets for further evaluation.
