Being a successful Customer Hospitality Associate requires a combination of skills and talents. Proactive, dynamic, resourceful, detailed oriented, fast and thorough, superb people skills, multi-task, exceptionally well mannered, personal and efficient, great communicator and available at night and week-ends are some of the paramount requirements for this position. We are welcoming a standout candidate who has true career ambitions to grow with our rapidly expanding task force who come from the Hotel or Travel education background. This full-time position is available at our main office in Midtown Manhattan near Bryan Park and Time Square. Candidates must be able to work different shifts such as Sunday to Friday, Monday to Sunday, from 7:30AM to 3:30 PM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 9PM to 7:00 AM. Clients are high profile and look for impeccable and prompt service, expecting to be always amazed by our quality of service.
