Job Summary The Performance Improvement Department of Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital (LPCH) at Stanford is looking to hire bright, hard-working and energetic recent graduates to gain experience in healthcare, and specifically in process improvement. Interns will support the work of the Performance Improvement (PI) department in its effort to improve the clinical and operating performance of LPCH. You will be exposed to medical center operations management, operations consulting and lean performance improvement methodology. You will also have the opportunity to interact with Stanfords LPCH clinicians and administrators. It is a great experience for someone interested in a career in healthcare to get a first-hand understanding of hospital operations.
