A downtown bar and music venue is currently seeking interns to work in our busy office. We are seeking a social media intern who is interested learning about what goes on behind the scenes at a music venue and assist with the daily tasks in the business office. This is a great opportunity for music lovers!! The internship would take place between office hours (10-5, Monday through Friday). Hours and duration are flexible, and we will work around the qualified applicants schedule. The internship is unpaid. Perks include free admission to any of our events.

Help with launch of company with: -setting up new studio and working with fabricators to design new product -current collection of sculptures for rent to event planners/facilities/hotels, -sales/lease to corporate clients -write proposal to sell to private investors and government sector (GSA contracts)

Responsible for retail sales, sizing and providing assistance related to dancewear. Scheduling/updating of studio/company schedule. May assist and or be primary instructor for dance classess based on experience and ability. Ground floor opportunity for soneone with the appropriate knowledge, ability and experience to be a part of the company on a full-time basis.

Job Description The Cvent legal department has an hourly position opening for a legal intern in its McLean, VA office for a rising 2nd or 3rd year law student (2012 or 2013 JD candidate). Assignments will include legal research and analysis and the review of contracts and other legal documents for Cvents in-house attorney. This is a paid internship and the rate is $20.00 per hour. Excellent writing and analytical skills as well as oral and interpersonal communication skills are required. Candidates must also have proficiency in doing online research including use of databases such as Lexis-Nexis. Prior experience in the information technology, travel or hospitality industry is a plus but not required. Candidates must be available to work full time during the summer of 2011 and part-time during the 2011-2012 school year (about 20 to 25 hours per week). Must be able to drive or commute to McLean, VA.
