Duration: Summer, Fall Semester, or Spring Semester Compensation: $500 stipend upon successful completion Learning Opportunities/Objectives: 1. To expose interns to and engage them in the interworkings of a full-service marketing agency, providing them opportunities to work as a part of the Exakt Marketing team on "real" client assignments. 2. To engage interns in the strategic planning and management processes for clients' marketing activities. 3. To give students the opportunity to work with end user clients on developing campaign and brand messaging and imagery and identifying the most effective ways that message/imagery can be applied to all applicable mediums. 4. To provide a platform for students to apply their interests and skills in a "real life" business environment.

To give students the opportunity to work with end user clients on identifying their website requirements and designing/coding a solution that meets their stated goals. 4. To provide a platform for students to apply their interests and skills in a "real life" business environment.

We are looking for an intern as soon as possible at our Public Relations firm in Miami. Must have experience in PR or be studying the program at a University. Intern will work directly with clients that include well known Artists, Hotels, Restaurants and Bars in Miami, Brickell and South Beach. This position requires 15-20 hours a week and is un-paid but will go towards school credit. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small firm with a very diverse portfolio of clients giving intern access to real hands on experience in the many areas of PR. Experience will be gained in: media relations, event planning, social media, client relations, community relations, journalism and marketing.
