Business Development Internship Collections Internship The Collections department is responsible for ensuring the maximum royalty revenue amount due is collected by HFA on the behalf of HFAs publisher principals. We offer internships in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The Spring and Fall internships are part-time positions (12-15 hrs/week), unpaid, school credit only. Spring term begins in January and end in May. Fall begins in September and ends in December. The summer internship is a full-time paid internship, which runs from June through August. Cuts off dates for applications are: December 15 for Spring, May 15 for summer, August 15 for fall. THIRTEEN, the flagship NY station for PBS, is seeking a highly-motivated intern for the channels 50th Anniversary Documentary Special. The intern will provide extensive research and production support to the production team. Responsibilities will include logging and transcribing footage, organizing and updating scripts, and fact-checking. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone interested in television production and the history of public television. The programs selected for inclusion in the 50th Anniversary Special represent the best of THIRTEENs programming, from thought-provoking current affairs coverage to dynamic musical performances, from avant-garde video art experiments to fascinating science programs. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the television production process, as well as an immersion into the rich heritage of public television. We are looking for an intern to start in February. Hours are flexible but chosen candidate will be required to intern 16-24 hours per week for a two- to three-month period.
