Will help insure that all organizational components (financial, websites, cloud applications, manuals, etc.) are in place and functioning properly. In this unique position, you will be constantly kept abreast of each department's ongoing operations in order to properly communicate with all internal and external stakeholders. Other activities will include answering incoming phone calls and emails and forwarding inquiries to respective departments and personnel, assisting with internship coordination, conducting virtual organization company headquarters tours, and other assigned tasks.
