Primary focus in embedded systems, low-level control structures and state machines, and development in C and assembly.
Experience in developing embedded devices, toys, robots, sensors, or control systems.
Understanding of the constraints and limitations involved with developing in an embedded environment.
Knowledge of communication protocols: I2C, I2S, PCM, SPI, UART.
Knowledge of software development process, through initial requirements, active development, documentation, and
verification/validation.
Ability to work closely with hardware and debug firmware through signal analysis, code-coverage, and step-through/real-time trace.
