The artist that you will be interning for has worked with many reputable people in all genres from past and present. From Pete Townsend of The Who, to 50 Cent. She has worked out of various studios in the LA area and across seas in Europe and is currently working on her own show, album, and producing for other artists across America. There are positions going within our Film team (Creating Videos short film and being a part of the creative visuals) Our PR and marketing teams (working on viral campaigns and artist branding) The engineering team (being a part of the recording and post process for music / sound, also working in the office with in the management firm dealing with the day to day responsibilitys. You would be working along side professionals in many fields of the music, TV & entertainment world. The team that you would be joining is hardworking and true believers in the project. After going through the application process we will only be keeping on candidates who would like to rise within their field of work through the project and truly enjoy the music and project. It is very important to the artist to be involved personally and find people who will really enjoy the job. The Kornerstore Magazine is a start up culture magazine targeted at an early adult (18-27) reader. The magazine will address multiple aspects of young cosmopolitan culture from music to fashion and the arts. The music columnist position entails writing weekly articles on a desired genre of music ( Hip-Hop, Indie Rock, Electronic, R&B) along with daily blog posts on the Kornerstore.org blog. We are looking for at least 3 interns to travel to 4 different cities. There are no background requirements that these people need to have. The interns are expected to hand out flyers and promote the single Come Ova by Patra to club DJs in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Miami area. This will not be a paid internship but there will be a budget for gas expenses for travelling to Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville according to the distance traveled below: Orlando to Miami and back = 550 miles, including the 50 miles driving around the city. The budget will be 80 dollars Orlando to Jacksonville and back = 350 miles, including 50 miles driving around the city. The budget will be 50 dollars. Orlando to Tampa and back = 225 miles, including 50 miles driving around the city. The budget will be 35 dollars. Orlando Area = in town miles, 20 dollars. The interns will pick up the flyers and CDs to distribute from Veal-Steen Music Publishings office, located at 200 South Harbor City Boulevard Suite 403. There is not a gas coverage for this drive.
