We are looking for Casting /Production Department candidates: We are looking for a candidate who can help us: ~ Schedule talent auditions for radio/TV commercials ~ Contact talent to arrange their schedules for voicing radio commercials ~ Assist in preparing quotes ~ Quote follow-up ~ Data entry of talent character voices interps ~ Run copies of scripts ~ Assist Coordinators/Producers to ensure sessions start on time ~ Assemble pertinent documents needed for a broadcast recording session ~ Assist in casting ~ Assist in the coordination of materials/talent/producers at all Studio Center locations (Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Memphis, NYC, VA Beach) You will work with and cast local and national talent for radio and TV commercials. Requirments

  • Previous help desk experience is a bonus.

  • Knowledge of Relational Database.
  • Scripting Skills.
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program seeking a Technical degree.

    • Not have already completed two consecutive (spring/fall) College or Professional Internship Programs
    • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
    • Must provide full work availability for a full year
    • Must provide own transportation to/from work
    • Current Active Disney Cast Members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World Cast Members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland Cast Members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)
