Family Support Organization of Sussex and Morris County is a private, non-profit organization that offers support to families of children with special emotional, mental or behavioral health needs. The intern positions that are open are for our Youth Partnership program which serves youth 13-21 years of age with emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges. The mission of this program is to provide social, recreational, empowerment, leadership and community service opportunities for our youth. We also looking for interns to help us with providing information and promote our agency to the community at large.

The Society for Worldwide Medical Exchange (SWME) is seeking a full-time Research/Program Assistant to support launch of The Red Book for Medical Meetings, a global database of pharmaceutical regulations and information related to medical education and healthcare systems. The Research/Program Assistant will also support the International Project Manager in implementing logistical programs for medical education events and other tasks required for the day-to-day administration of the SWME.

To that end, UMMC has established the Communications & Public Affairs Internship Program to offer hands-on learning opportunities for college students interested in media relations/PR, editorial (communications and writing), graphic design, web development, and video and multimedia production (including animation). The UMMC Internship Program provides highly qualified college students (preferably juniors) the opportunity to participate in a dynamic communications department. Interns can apply for one of four areas of focus and may be eligible to receive course credit (subject to the requirements of the students academic institution). Each nonpaid internship is for a duration of one semester with 10-20 hours of work required per week at the UMMC offices in Baltimore. Extensions may be available to high-performing interns.

The Front Porch Center for Technology Innovation and Wellbeing (FPCTIW) explores the innovative uses of technology to empower individuals to live well, especially in their later years. FPCTIW works collaboratively with all stakeholders and in partnership with funding sources, researchers and technology partners. The Resident Project Volunteer will support and implement activities for the Model eHealth Community for Aging (MeHCA), and will report to the FPCTIW director. The Model eHealth Community for Aging project (MeHCA) focuses on deploying health-related, technology-based activities for a diverse population of senior and disabled residents of the Los Angeles Koreatown neighborhood. The volunteer will provide training, coordination, and support at two affordable housing communities to ensure the goals of the MeHCA project are met to support the transition to technology-enabled healthcare among seniors, the disabled, and project partners.

Full Throttle Athletics in Frisco, TX is currently seeking interns for the adult fitness programs, as well as the youth athletic development program (Athletic Revolution). All training sessions take place within the Full Throttle Athletics facility. 60-90 day Internship preferred. Full Throttle Athletics will begin reviewing candidates in February.
