We are looking for an intern interested is working with online audio/video multimedia production (camera, lighting, sound, pre/post-production) Exposure to all aspects of an online business including, but not limited to: a/v production, marketing, sales, web design and vendor relations. Work Breakdown Estimate Video Production Field Work - Assist with on-location video shoots. Work behind the camera, assisting with sound setups, sound checks, lighting setups, etc Pre-production - Assist with planning, script creation, talking points Post-production - Assist with video editing, file management, show notes, and syndication distribution of media. Audio Production Pre-Show planning - outlining, talking points generation, interviewee scheduling Show production - Monitor audio inputs, skype as needed, recoding control. Show post production - Edit show Show distribution - Write show notes and summaries, add images, post to website and syndication partners. This position will not be office based. This will be field based and studio based. Most work can be done with a flexible schedule for the student except when studio time and field shoots are scheduled. Studio time is usually booked for evenings during the week and field video shoots are usually scheduled for Saturdays.

We are looking for a bright and detail-oriented individual to hit the ground running as interns in our Westchester office and on shoots. There is flexibility on hours and days. Responsibilities will include transcribing and logging tapes; making dubs; helping with equipment in the field; and providing general office support to Project Managers, Producers and Associate Producers. In return, Alan Weiss Productions will cover reasonable transportation expenses to/from our office and provide you with the paperwork you need for school credit.
