The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the logistics of all workshop implementation. He or she will track event details from the planning phase through implementation, coordinate consultant travel, ensure all materials are printed and delivered appropriately, and complete expense reports after workshops are completed. He or she will also be responsible for managing office files (physical and electronic), opening mail, responding to emails, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies. Competent workers will be given more responsibilities depending on their ability to execute tasks effectively and efficiently. This is an exciting time in the business as we transition more into e-learning and explore social-mobile technology. This is a fast-paced environment and candidates must be able to multi-task and prioritize a variety of responsibilities. You will gain insights into the internal operations of a small business, and training in effective presentation skills, negotiation skills, sales skills, and meeting facilitation skills, all valuable assets in future jobs.
