RETAIN Coaching is a start up Parental Leave Transition Coaching company that helps working parents (or soon to be parents) and their work organizations better navigate the complex maternity/paternity leave time period (preparing for leave, during leave, returning from leave). RETAIN works with clients using an evidence-based coaching model over a roughly 8 month period. This longer time-frame allows the opportunity for systemic organizational change as well as the supported retention of working parents. Currently RETAIN Coaching is comprised of one founder, a vice president, and a growing network of independent coaches. RETAIN Coaching is at the very beginning of the start-up phase which allows an intern to get in on the ground floor.
