Looking for a career-minded college senior or recent grad who wants to be part of cutting-edge on-line company. We are one of the top-ranked career media services firms in the US... and we're expanding! Because our business model is so unique, we prefer to hire interns to teach them how our company works from the ground up. FACT: Every current full-time employee was an intern with us first. So, the potential to join our team permanently is possible - but only if you are a rock-start talent! IMPORTANT NOTE: This internship is unpaid for the first 120 hours you work with us. In that time, we train you (invest in you!) so that you'll gain valuable skills that are in-demand today. Once you successfully complete the 120 hours, you will be converted to a paid hourly intern. And then, if you really prove yourself, we will discuss bringing you on full-time! Got what it takes? Then send us the following: Cover letter telling us why you want to be involved in on-line media. (HINT: The more you know about our site, CAREEREALISM.com and incorporate your knowledge into the cover letter, the better!) A link to your LinkedIn.com profile. (We don't believe in resumes. We want to see your digital presence instead!) We will be in touch within 1 business day to let you know if it makes sense to schedule and interview. (Unless you are brave enough to follow up with us by phone - we like people who take initiative.)
