As an SMG Student Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to help local business owners develop marketing campaigns throughout the 2013-2014 edition of the Plan-It Planner. MediaTracks Communications is an award-winning producer of news, feature and public affairs programming which airs weekly on over 800 stations across the nation. Weve been a leader in providing radio and audio services for the PR industry for 20 years, including radio news releases, PSAs, podcasts, and media tours. We seek interns interested in journalism, audio production, marketing, sales, communications, and social media, who are looking for experience in a close-knit, casual working environment. Past interns have gone on to become published authors and to work at NPRs All Things Considered. All internships are unpaid, however academic credit is available for students. Interns will work 15-16 hours per week, usually 2 full work days.
