This Artistic Direction Internship is designed for individuals who are looking for a well-rounded experience in how the Artistic/ Production departments function. The Artistic Direction Intern will report directly to the Artistic Director and take on responsibilities as the assistant to the Artistic Director, assistant director, artistic department administration, casting, producing and literary development. This position requires knowledge and some experience in directing, administrative duties as well as computer skills and must have a drivers license and access to a vehicle. The Artistic Direction Intern will assist with companywide projects and events and maintain communication within the Artistic department. The Artistic Director Intern will assistant direct one to two productions in the season, participate in season planning attend rehearsals and meetings as the Artistic Directors representative when needed, supports artistic programming within the Education department and supports company events as assigned. This position is ideal for candidates interested in pursuing Artistic Direction.

Daniel Koye, a celebrity hair stylist and make-up designer is looking for interns for DKOYE Concepts. Looking for self motivated individuals who pay attention to detail, love fashion, movies and theater to help with small tasks throughout the company. The daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: research, help with hair products, running errands, making sure makeup kits, wigs and any other products are ready for production.

We are also seeking recent retired Teachers, College Graduates or College Seniors interest a Summer Internship leading as Music Teachers, Art Teachers, Musical Theater Teachers, Dance Teachers, Para-professionals, nurses, and culinary directors for the camp. Preference for hiring staff will be given to professionals who are certified or provisional licensed teachers, however our para-professionals are not required to have teacher certification. Throughout the semester, there will opportunities to learn and assist in some the following areas: stage management, assistant direction, sound, lighting, props & costumes. Intern will participate actively in running and preparing for both produced and presented shows for Discovery Theater. May also be called on to assist in office duties, daily operations, artist communication, and hospitality. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES The tech intern will receive basic knowledge of how the technical aspects of a theater work as well as insight into the administrative side of technical theater. We are looking for dedicated, positive and energetic interns to help us run our theater school. Jobs required would be walking kids to and from class, doing administrative work within the school and being a familiar/helpful face for our parents while class is going on.

Work with the Technical Director of Actors Company of Tulsa to plan, research, and bring together all the parts to build and set a theatrical show. We are a theater company looking for theater majors, or majors in a fields that will be benefited the most from this experience.
