Responsibilities: Training developers are responsible for the development of world-class deliverables that support the overall goals of our projects. Working in conjunction with other team members, developers play a critical role in the execution of successful projects. Their tasks may include, but are not limited to: Development of procedural information (work instructions and simulations) for executing job tasks Development of other materials to support training (job aids, process flows, etc.) Development of task-specific exercises Manually creating training data to support exercises with the assistance of a data lead or more experienced team member Communicate in writing and orally with RWD personnel or customer subject matter experts regarding course content, technical issues, technical edits, and other development issues Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor or masters degree program Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Effective training developers are able to: Use desktop applications within the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint) to develop basic project deliverables (work instructions, exercises, job aids) Use RWD tools such as RWD uPerform to develop basic project deliverables (work instructions, exercises, job aids). Training will be provided. Accurately document steps needed to complete a job task Review own work to identify development errors and validate conformance with project standards Read and apply documentation standards to produce project deliverables Adhere to project guidelines regarding file storage and file naming conventions Accurately track deliverables through review and revision process Assimilate feedback from technical reviewers and editors to continuously improve their development skills Communicate concerns and obstacles to success to the RWD Technical Lead and/or Project Manager Demonstrate professional conduct within the workplace Follow project guidelines regarding working hours, attire, and communication Work effectively with other project team members in a team environment

Online Tutoring Associate (6 hours/week)

About the Company: AthleteTutors® is an online math tutoring company geared towards supporting student athletes in grades 6 through 12. Our instructional practices are designed to help students master the Common Core Performance Standards adopted by 46 states, ensuring that student athletes receive instruction parallel to their counterparts nationwide. Each tutoring session is driven by the present academic needs of our students. By the end of each tutoring session, students are able to prove mastery of each skill by demonstrating both concrete (i.e., online whiteboard modeling using graphic tools) and abstract (i.e., online pencil and paper) understanding of the learning objective. Instructional guidance is scaffolded as needed until students are able to demonstrate problem-solving abilities using the online tools/manipulatives provided. Internship Description: The Tutor Intern will gain valuable experience in classroom-standard pedagogy. Adolescent Coordinators Interns

A Better Chance for Females, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established in 1998 in Georgia to address the existing and growing need for positive pro-social activities for girls and recognizing the need for activities for girls to build inner-self that would blossom outwardly in a positive manner. We will teach them how to build their inner strengths that will blossom outwardly in a positive manner. The targeted population to render services is girls in middle and high school. Intern Adolescent Coordinator: will become a liaison between parent, child, community treatment and teacher. Coordinator duties will be to monitor grades, observe classes, coach girls on staying on track, to follow up with other treatments the girls are receiving and to communicate with teachers to assist the girls in achieving their fullest potential. The coordinator will track the girls at school, home and by phone. Coordinators will meet with each girl on assigned days, assist the girls in areas of academic needs as well as conducting one home visit per week to ensure they are on track at home, and completing any assigned homework. Once a week the family will be contacted by the coordinator to discuss and identify areas of need and progress made. Attend weekly staff meetings and other duties as assigned. Serving as a neutral party, facilitate four dialogue sessions per series in an organized, professional manner using A Better Chance for Females curriculum. Work collaboratively as a co-facilitator to plan and lead a thoughtful and energetic dialogue. Complete all necessary preparation and communication (in-person, on the phone, or via email as needed) before, during and after the series with staff, Complete the facilitators training and on-going facilitation evaluations.
