Responsibilities:
Organizational Effectiveness & Change.  Vantiv HR is involved in highly targeted change initiatives to solve business problems and create key organizational capabilities required by the HR transformation.  You will work on one or more of these initiatives. Examples include organizational transformation (org design, strategy setting, goal alignment, role clarity and process improvement), summits, that pull together cross-disciplinary participants to plan and implement change.
Leadership development. In conjunction with the Talent Management Group, you will be working with the Vantiv Leadership Program which brings together potential Senior Directors and prepares them for more responsibility and possibilities for promotion.  The Executive Talent Review Process focuses on identifying and developing key talent to be the next generation of leaders for Vantiv.  
Talent development.  Getting new hires successfully integrated into the company is a strategic priority. Minimum Skill requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology
Pursuing a graduate level degree in Organizational Psychology or Business
