Outbound calls and closing leads for Ohio's VIP Express Club is relatively easy because you are offering merchants free advertisement on Ohio's VIP Express Club phone app, company website, online newsletters, social networking sites, TV commercials and their monthly VIP Discount Savings Coupon Book. Outbound VIP Representative (OVR) VIP Reps In the OVR role you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls contacting merchants via phone to sign them up to Ohio's VIP Express Club discount savings program, follow up all leads, keep merchant list current and updated, contact merchants periodically to make sure they are still honoring their discount or find out if they have a better discount to offer.   The OVR position is an entry-level position. The goal is to give the OVR on the job, commission "trial period" for a maximum of 90 days and then transitioning them into a Regional District Manager (RDM) role. Candidates will have performance assessments at 30 60 90 day intervals to determine their progress in the training program. Candidates that are ready and have supported production numbers may leave the training program prior to the end of the 90 day period. In the event that a candidate does not feel comfortable transitioning into an RDM role, if production supports they may be able to remain in the OVR role indefinitely.   The OVR role pays 63% Commission $25.00/for every merchant signed up to the program.
