Working with the Benefit Coding Standards Director for the Benefits COE and their peers, the intern will partner with the CSTs, various Benefit COE leaders , the Testing COE and other internal partners to help implement a set of operating standards, metrics and governance structure for our benefit coding discipline. More specifically this includes but not limited to the development and establishment of; base coding standards, well defined and consistent operating metrics and a rigorous QA/audit/certification process to ensure the consistent delivery across our PBM enterprise.
The intern will develop and/or refine the following skills; project management, cross functional stakeholder relationship development, communication and consensus building, navigating a large matrix organization, Strategic operations experience and leadership.
Required Qualifications:Candidates for MBA internships must be enrolled in a one or two year MBA program. Candidates must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. Candidates should possess leadership qualities and skills and be studying in a program related to their department of interest Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program. Candidates must pass a background check and drug test prior to hiring and being officially accepted into the program. Candidates should be able to work in the United States with no restrictions. Strong Powerpoint and excel skills, Strong communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Project Software experience
Education:Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Plus current enrollment in a MBA program 1st or 2nd year.
