Summer Long, Season Long, Year Long, or longer, by mutual agreement, Our Current Live-In Caretaker's Contracts are not being renewed at this time and so we are still actively seeking both of the following: 1 (one) Couple, and 1 (one) Single, to live and work together onsite (in two separate quarters, one for Individual, one for Couple) running our small luxury B&B. We are always looking for the Perfect Couple Co-Caretaker, and Individual Co-Caretaker, to help us to keep to keep filled, all 3 of the Live-In, Care-taking positions at our Amazing Facility under our 6 month and year long contracts, or more, by mutual agreement. These position offer competitive pay, plus many other incentives, and, to the right Caretakers, possible Profit-Sharing Potential. Unfortunately, these live-in positions do not allow for pets &/or children. The right people might Earn while they Learn, with NO experience required, initial and ongoing training can be provided. However, any Office, Computer, Marketing, Hotel/Motel, BNB, &/or Inn-keeping, Hospitality, &/or related Skills are plus, as is Construction, Housekeeping, Maintenance, &/or other related experience (as described below) is also a definite plus! Work ethic, drive, and a willingness to learn, honesty, integrity and good, team attitude are always a MUST as is a clean background (both professional and personal) as well as clean, respectable, professional work and personal habits, mannerisms, attire, dress, grooming, and presence, at all times, for all applicants! Varying Daily duties for all Co-Caretakers may include but not be limited to: Office work (including phones, bookings, processing and handling of Gift Shop and reservations; Easy, no pressure sales, basic website & social media advertising, maintenance, networking and upkeep, idea & project development & management, etc.), Customer Service (including but not limited to: Guest check-ins, tours, and interaction), etc.. Plus, some Caretakers, whether one or both of any couple, and or any Individual, based on agreements, will be responsible for some maintenance, Cleaning &/or Property Management and upkeep (daily & spring housekeeping, minor repairs, painting, shampooing carpets, occasional Supervision &/or Coordination, etc.), Food Service (Light Cooking, serving & cleanup of meals, short-order, elegant and even possible banquet style), etc. Over and above anything else, we require of all Caretakers, consistently winning team and 5 star services and attitudes!
