iCAST currently has two websites and is looking for student support in continuing to adapt and update the site to increase function and marketability. The Market Analyst will research market trends, conduct competitor analysis, generate customer leads and other marketing functions while executing on the marketing plan. The Analyst will perform internet research pertaining to ICAST programs, manipulate data in Excel and track ICAST's impact. They will also prepare collateral requirements for iCAST and its programs.

JOB SUMMARY: Receives (by telephone, in person, fax or email) requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. Makes quotations on standard items, writes proposals, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Performs duties with marketing department where customer contact is a prime responsibility. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Supervised by sales supervisor. Performs semi-routine duties where some judgment is required when communicating with customers, sales representatives, and inter-company personnel. Work is performed under defined and uniform procedures. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY: Responsible for maintaining good customer relations. Generally deals with representatives and customers concerning matters that require some tact and resourcefulness. Contacts with other personnel including engineering and purchasing departments.

Assisting support team with internal issues performing remote server and network maintenance for clients. Troubleshooting Tier 1 type issues and ticket escalation. On a monthly basis prepare reports on IT Network and Help Desk issues for clients. Work with techs on preparing quotes for clients hardware and software; working with clients and making sure all critical components are included, and assisting with and facilitating IT projects.
