If so, this sales internship opportunity is for you. This Home Service sales internship prepares successful interns for field sales positions upon graduation. In this new role, you and a sales team will have the opportunity to meet face to face with targeted consumers in pre-established areas and present the value of Schwans Home Service with the goal of acquiring new customers. This position is responsible for prospecting and approaching potential customers to introduce our products and services for the purpose of attracting new business and expanding our customer base and sales. We offer a well respected brand, engaged employees and opportunity for career growth Duties & Responsibilities Act as a brand champion for Schwans Home Service while representing our products Acquire new customers through in-home presentations, cold calling, referrals, and other means Be able to work 30 hours a week, 3pm -9pm on weekdays and Saturdays from 9 am-3 pm Gain an understanding of sales reporting and analysis Total Rewards Earn a lucrative hourly wage plus sales incentives/commission Gain direct knowledge of direct sales and understanding of both a team and individual sales environment Receive mentoring from experienced business leaders and exposure to Schwans senior leadership Receive proven training and ongoing coaching
