Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the Client Advocates, Client Representatives, Solution Executives and Managers and Diversifieds external Clients as it relates to client satisfaction.
Essential Duties/Functions
- Provides administrative support for Client Advocates, Client Representatives and Solution Executives and Managers
- Insures the capture of client information into Salesforce.com and other databases
- Coordinates projects with Client Advocates, Client Representatives, Solution Executives and Managers. Enters jobs into production management system, and coordinates with operations to ensure timely delivery of jobs to clients
- Ensures all billing information is captured and reported to finance
- Coordinates cost estimates and material procurement with third party vendors
- May be asked to coordinate the start of work, meetings, statement of work, and project notices
- Continuously interacts with Client Advocates, Client Representatives, and Solutions Team to ensure the highest level of Client Satisfaction
- Collaborates with operations, IT and finance to ensure client satisfaction
- Performs any or all of the following tasks to meet the responsibilities and achieve the goals of the position: (The list is not all inclusive and is merely illustrative)
- Communicates and interacts with the client in a manner that creates trust and confidence in Diversified
- Supports other Diversified departments by following up on open issues and insuring that resolutions and responses are communicated to the client in a timely manner
- Data entry of various processes and service activities
- Works on project activities
- Models the Companys values of Client First, Accountability, and Over Communicate
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
