As part of the Leadership Experience team, the Coordinator will
Serve as a member of the team working on the implementation and adoption of the new Talent Management philosophy
Support the development and pilot of a new management training program
Ensure that our portal resources and enablement materials are up to date and drive usage
Work with HR teams to answer questions and identify opportunities for further process improvement
Answer questions and propose solutions to problems; represent the team on various SAP internal community groups and blogs
Identify and implement process improvements

?Operationalize and automate the sales cadence (CRM, SIC Code Alignment, Forecast Reporting, Pipeline tracking)
?Industry and Sales Operations responsibilities include:
oDevelop an ownership tree of all the sports accounts in NA understand the Owner portfolio of businesses, and their relationship with SAP (customer/prospecti)
oOperationalize our view into sports accounts (CRM, SIC Code Alignment, Forecast Reporting, Pipeline tracking)
oCommunications help with SAP.COM/Sports web page execution (blogs, document sharing, etc); execute on SAP Sports Page weekly newsletter (to be kicked off the week of SAPPHIRE); help establish internal networking communities for sports around the world
oAssist with the build out of critical assets for pipe build and sales cycles.
oHelp drive product demos (iRise, videos, etc) for sports portfolio
oWork with SAP internal team to help manage the multiple moving parts across the team (Mktg, Prod Mgmt, Solutions, VE)

The candidate must master Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and show a proficiency in creating and structuring reports and dashboards. The candidate must show initiative in analyzing market trends and apply them to the internal data as well as a firm written communication and presentation building skills.The successful candidates till show initiative in a fast paced environment, with excellent ability to deliver on projects as requested.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

Combining data from different sources and creating dashboards in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and SAP Analytics solutions.
Support project team with enablement content and communication
Assist on project tracking and status updates.

Collaborating with project leadership and key stakeholders within the Chemicals Industry ecosystem to further advance the Social Media Strategy
Performing primary research and reviewing secondary research relevant to IT in the chemical industry in order to understand key trends, topics and priorities for the industry
Collating relevant and timely articles, editorials, blogs, etc. for potential re-publication through the prevailing social media channels
Ghost authoring, where appropriate, such copy and collaborating with various subject-matter experts in the chemicals ecosystem to prepare and complete content.
Monitoring and reporting on key social media metrics that will measure the overall performance of the program, and suggest specific areas for improvement (or experimentation)
Provide content updates
Periodically monitor the traffic and activity on the Best Practices Microsite and report on activity, suggesting additional moves to drive traffic and leads.
Create and Manage content (short blogs, fast facts etc.) based on existing assets that can be re-purposed for social media (white papers, success stories, Power Points, etc). Suggesting topics for original copy development as well.
Monitor/track/interpret/analyze/leverage relevant social media trends.
Other content and traffic-generating support activities as requested and directed by management.

Intern will support the North America Innovation Team, and work to create graphic designs and video productions for pre-sales engagements.

Support the development of organizational communications plans including Writing and
publishing articles and information to support key Presales communications activities (weekly
newsletter, article series, presales social business community), special executive
communications and announcements, articles for social business communities, etc.
Deliver research assignments for potential communication and social business related
communication activities and programs: plan, conduct research, and deliver reports.
Document the use of current and new systems and processes. Assist in the development of
end user training as well as track metrics as assigned.
Handle logistics for meetings and workshops as assigned: prepare invitations, reserve meeting
rooms, set-up virtual meeting rooms and telephony, record virtual sessions, etc.).
Attend workshops and meetings as requested: take and formalize notes / presentations for
distribution to manager and project teams as well as prep weekly activity updates to
management.

Main tasks include managing post production activities using Final Cut Studio 3 suite of apps to deliver final product to our internal customers. Dealing directly with the customer to gather feedback and implement changes during a review process. Applying standard SAP corporate branding

Additional opportunity to program html5/JS web applications to help streamline internal process for requirement gathering, job quotation and other related processes.

Responsibilities

The internship role within Everyday Banking Finance will involve working closely with multiple finance colleagues in order to learn how the finance department interacts and supports the Everday Banking team. The candidate will gain exposure to multiple models and reports used to develop forecast and budget, as well as how those models and reports are incorporated into presentations to senior management. The candidate will take on responsibility for selected ad hoc projects throughout the 8 week period, affording him/her the opportunity to collaborate with other finance and Everyday Banking colleagues. The candidate will also gain exposure to other finance groups within the Pittsburgh office to get a more comprehensive view of different areas of the bank.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled undergraduate pursuing degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other field relevant to finance. Looking for a candidate who is a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Candidate should also possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
