Local Providence office at the American Lung Association is now accepting applications for unpaid fall, winter, spring and summer Sporting and Special Events Internships Interns will assist in all levels of planning our annual gala, annual stair climb or Autumn Escape Bike Trek depending on time of year. Opportunities include recruitment, logistics, marketing and more. Experience in these areas a plus. We are looking for an outgoing personality to join our team. Telephone skills and good interpersonal skills a must. Intern should be flexible and be able to handle multiple tasks or projects. Intern will report directly to the Director of Development. Internship will have a flexible schedule so as not to conflict with individuals school schedule. Candidates should be available to work a minimum of 8-20 hours per week and available for events that occur during that time period. Why intern with the American Lung Association?
