We are seeking Sales and Research Interns for the summer to work closely with our brokers and in-house research team. CPEX aims to provide students with valuable experience in their career field of choice, regardless of whether or not their plans include real estate specifically. While not comprehensive, the Sales and Research Interns responsibilities include: Making calls and assisting with presentations and walk-throughs Working closely with a team to meet time-sensitive goals for clients Communicating and collaborating with other members of the Operations, Sales, and Leasing teams as well as with clients and other real estate professionals Conduct research by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data for company reports Performing financial analysis of the most current real estate market data Working with a group of interns to put together a mock presentation, including a full valuation of the property CPEX provides a full range of services for both real estate and business owners in multiple markets by utilizing a team-based investment banking model. Information Technology Client Solutions Department The HFA Information Technology Client Solutions (ITCS) organization is focused on maintaining existing systems that support HFAs ongoing licensing and royalty distribution activities while also extending those systems to support new business opportunities, particularly those in the digital music marketplace. ITCS, through its Program Management Team, leads the Executive Team through the definition of the rolling 18 month strategy (identifying, defining, and prioritizing essential projects across the company.) This includes focusing on projects critical to the evolution of HFA as well as shaping and implementing the technology aspects of relevant legislation. An intern within the ITCS Department will have an opportunity to contribute to various functional areas during the tenure of the internship based on skills and interest levels. We offer internships in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The Spring and Fall internships are part-time positions (12-15 hrs/week), unpaid, school credit only. Spring term begins in January and end in May. Fall begins in September and ends in December. The summer internship is a full-time paid internship, which runs from June through August.
