The non-profit Partnership for Food Safety Education is looking for qualified interns interested in being closely involved in a project that will focus on the ways government, industry, health and consumer non-profit organizations work together toward common goals. Interns will have the opportunity to be directly involved in a new initiative related to building Partnership organizational capacity and the development of a national strategic plan in food safety education. This is an excellent opportunity for students with a strong interest in private-public sector health-oriented coalitions and in social marketing. The intern will be part of a small project team working on: design and execution of communications initiatives involving national project stakeholders the compilation and synthesis of research related to food safety and consumer behavior development of expert meetings development of a project relationships database social media outreach, and surveys of core stakeholders

The Children's Museum of Richmond, a hands-on discovery museum and non-profit organization, is currently seeking a Marketing and Special Events Intern who will assist the marketing director and event coordinator in raising awareness of the museum and its program and events.
