Job Description and Qualifications: Assist in administering various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assist in the development & implementation of policies and procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbook and other department related documents. Maintains human resource records and compiles reports from databases. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Assist in conducting recruitment efforts for all nonexempt personnel and temporary employees; monitors career pathing programs, writes and places advertisements. Perform filing, editing job postings, and other tasks. Support the onboarding process, including gathering paperwork, creating and editing offer letters, and maintaining databases. Answering the phone system and distributing mail. Acting as receptionist.
