The Recruiting Strategist will work closely with the Athgo Program Director and Program Coordinator to recruit, select, train, and lead participants, the interns, and volunteers for two programs: 1. Athgos pilot Entrepreneurship Web 3.0 program at CUNY, April 5-6, 2013 in New York City 2. Athgos 5th Global Innovation Forum at the World Bank hq, May 22-24, 2013 in Washington DC.

The Program Strategist will work closely with the Athgo Program Director and Athgo Program Coordinator to develop topics, themes, and strategy. Before and during the event, the Program Strategist will work on the logistics and venue arrangements, including recruiting and selecting qualified participants for the event, and identifying and inviting program speakers and panelists. The best candidates will be extremely professional, will be able to work in a very demanding environment, and will have the poise to approach and work with high-level individuals.
