Management Intern: Position entails working with entertainment industry talent, management & major entertainment entities on entertainment media projects via scheduling, budgeting, logistics support, & other administrative duties.

Recording Engineer Intern: Position entails working with entertainment industry talent, & major entertainment entities on recording projects with emphasis on recording, mixing, & mastering audio portions of releasable media.

Our summer seasonal resort is a historic country inn with Bed & Breakfast, Restaurant & Museum located next to Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. We hire 35-40 college students as summer staff during our tourist season May through mid October. We need only service oriented, hard workers who will enjoy our mountain setting with its opportunities for exploring the great outdoors.

They will gain hands-on experience by overseeing construction at the build site daily, and have the overall responsibility for the safe execution of all activities each day. They will serve as the primary contact for the project along with the construction manager, and act as a representative for CCHFH to donors, volunteers, and the community. CCHFH is a small primarily volunteer-based organization providing the intern with the opportunity to be creative, successful, and gain on-the-job training that will assist them in their future career search.

Chicago Zoological Society, which manages Brookfield Zoo, is currently accepting applications for our College Experiential Learning Opportunities (CELO) program. This position contributes to the success of the Chicago Zoological Society by providing seasonal support for the Environmental Quality Manager to monitor the various environments provided for animals at the Zoo using a variety of instrumentation and techniques, and to report the findings (and any potential issues) to the appropriate AP Managers and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, routine water quality sampling and analysis for all re-circulating aquatic systems, routine air sampling and analysis of areas of the zoo that may present health issues for animals, the analysis and assessment of artificial UV lighting used for indoor exhibitry, and the routine use of a toolkit designed to assess outdoor exhibits to determine if enough shade or heat had been provided. The Education Camp Intern is responsible for presenting educational information to visitors and program participants as based upon the specific requirements set forth by Zoo New England (ZNE) and by the participating college or university, if applicable. In general, duties will include assisting full-time education staff in developing the day camp curriculum, assists full-time education staff in conducting the day camp, conduct informal public presentations, and administrative duties as needed. Opportunities for program animal handling, interpretive materials design may also be available. The Education Camp Intern will encourage the public to think and to learn about animals, habitats and conservation by helping them interpret Zoo New Englands collection. The Education Camp Intern is expected to complete a project by the end of the internship.
