Marketing & Communications Internship The Marketing and Communications department supports various marketing, advertising and web based initiatives to effectively market HFA and its products and services. Additionally, the Marketing & Communications department is responsible for delivering tactical messages to key constituents and securing favorable press coverage to promote the companys status as a leader in the music industry. We offer internships in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The Spring and Fall internships are part-time positions (12-15 hrs/week), unpaid, school credit only. Spring term begins in January and end in May. Fall begins in September and ends in December. The summer internship is a full-time paid internship, which runs from June through August. We are located in Downtown Brooklyn and cover the New York and New Jersey markets. We are seeking a Social Media Intern for the summer to assist in enhancing all elements of the companys online presence. CPEX aims to provide students with valuable experience in their career field of choice, regardless of whether or not their plans include real estate specifically. CPEX offers an ideal environment for students to explore an interest in business, sales, finance, design or marketing while participating in this exciting and continually growing firm. While not comprehensive, the Social Media Interns responsibilities include: Conducting independent research on the newest social media strategies and approaches Participating in an ongoing group effort to expand and develop CPEXs social media presence Updating CPEX social media feeds with news and information on the commercial real estate market Communicating and collaborating with other members of the Operations, Sales, and Leasing teams CPEX provides a full range of services for both real estate and business owners in multiple markets by utilizing a team-based investment banking model. Each team focuses on a definitive specialization, allowing us to identify our clients objectives and implement strategic programs.
