Find Internships at Akron Zoo

The Akron Zoological Park is preparing for an upcoming issue campaign and is offering an internship geared to local Political Science Majors wanting to gain experience in the running of a campaign. The Community Awareness Intern will play an integral part in the inner workings of a fully operational issue campaign effort. Although this is an unpaid internship, the intern will learn valuable lessons about how issue campaigns function both strategically and operationally, political organizing, voter outreach, press relations, and fundraising.
