D-Squared Dance Theater is a dance and cultural arts organization. We are seeking bright, motivated interns with a background in marketing. We are particularly interested in candidates that have experience with online marketing and social media. The Marketing and Social Media Internship is an opportunity to gain valuable online experience from a technological prospective working with a non-profit starter arts company. Marketing Interns will work with the D-Squared Dance Theater. Interns will help promote the Company, and its performance dates, workshops and other marketing initiatives. Interns will also contribute to the social media efforts of the Company. Responsibilities: Maintain the D-Squared Dance Theaters presence on Facebook, Twitter and Linked-in Promote performances, events, workshops and other marketing campaigns of the company Write content for the social platforms (light content creation) Develop a social media following on other websites, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tumblr Manage marketing and social media projects, as necessary or needed
