Innovative Services is a non-profit company that began providing residential and vocational services to developmentally disabled adults in 2004. We now operate 5 vocational/day service programs and more than 100 residential programs, including Adult Family Homes, Community-Based Residential Facilities, Supportive Home Care and Apartment Programs throughout Wisconsin. We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our growing team of dedicated individuals committed to flexible, accessible and family-centered supports and services that honor the dignity, respect the rights and maximize the potential of each individual.
