Assist staff in program application implementation.
Support the Information Systems team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
Assist in programming to develop client and web applications.
Provide end-user support for PCs and peripheral equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with equipment (i.e. printers, computers and servers) and software applications.
Research technological issues for staff in order to come up with solutions.
Provide clear and concise documentation related to assignments.
Performs related duties as required.
