Looking for a career oriented intern for real estate Investment firm that is pursing a marketing , public relations,finance degree. Looking for someone who has many contacts, is a good investigator, extremely organized and thinks outside the box.... Looking for the following duties to be fulfilled: * Work in-conjunction with firm department heads to help develop materials for marketing, advertising and social media in the finance arena. * Determine and execute the needed logistics of promotional events and production of media content * Develop a working timeline * Meet with the firms's executives to brainstorm event concepts and/or ideas ( i.e. conference calls, face-to-face ) * Media liaison *Coordinate travel *Book talent for commercial spots *Cold calling *Writing copy for advertisements *Can prepare presentations *Can create a budget *Has media relationships *Has working knowledge of television / commercial production *Social media friendly *Assist in media buying *Has working knowledge of real estate and finance Other duties may apply. Power-point and Excel is a must! This is a fun and rewarding opportunity that can open many doors in the US and abroad and possibly set one on a fast track to industry advancement Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, etc) If job is done well, other opportunities will be offered.
