The ECSA will help you to understand abilities, put your strengths to work, and create partnerships with people to strengthen your weaknesses. We have one common goal & one common dream which is to be successful at what we are good at, what we love, and what we are most passionate about. By reaching out to business owners we will create mentoring programs we can take advice and instruction from to further our efforts. CHANGE EQUALS MONEY!! People do not care about HOW MUCH YOU KNOW until THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE!! Our Mission: Target Community & Educational Services is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities through quality, community based residential, vocational, recreational and family support services. Target's offices are located in Westminster, Maryland, and Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Target is a non-profit agency providing residential, vocational and recreational services to adults with developmental disabilities. The Target Community and Educational Services and McDaniel College Masters Program is a 2 year live-in program where you work for Target managing one of our Alternative Living Units (ALUs) while attending McDaniel College two evenings a week to earn your Master of Science Degree in Human Services Management/Special Education, teaching or counseling track. Target and McDaniel are located in Westminster, Maryland. Target pays 75% of the tuition to the college. Each manager receives the apartment to live in, including utilities. There is a salary stipend ($19,500) along with health, dental and life insurance benefits. Total compensation totals over $62,000 for two years!

Our Objective: We're working to improve economic conditions in the Dallas area, decrease the crime rate, and increase the number of successful entrepreneurs working together to encourage and mentor young individuals. Our organization is proactive in job creation for generations to come. Learning to survive in our quickly evolving society, has become a separate principle important as education, health, and spirituality. Target Evolution, Inc (Entrepreneurs Creating Success Association (ECSA) is a non-profit organization created in 2011 to help the next generation of entrepreneurs break into business and grow. And because most places won't hire ex-offenders, Target Evolution assists them in starting their own businesses. We take individuals through the beginning phases of starting and branding a business: Planning, Marketing, and Money. We help people develop business and marketing plans, set goals, and create resumes that rock. We also serve as a registered agent through the Texas Secretary of State, enabling us to file incorporation documents and assist in knowledge of state tax laws, business organization code compliance, business entities (LLC, Inc, etc), and doing business in other states (Foreign Qualifying or Incorporating). We also have a Career/College Preparation Department and course available to high schools and for-profit colleges in the Dallas area. Target Evolution taps into people's strengths and abilities in order to help them thrive, which results in thriving families and communities.
